School Holiday Operating Hours During the school holiday we will be open every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 09:00 - 12:00. We will be closed on Thursdays and Fridays. From the 21st of July, we will revert to normal hours:09:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. - Website Language: Select language at the top of the screen. - Letters: Read letters found under the relevant school. PRE-PAID ORDERS FOR 2026 ARE SLIGHTLY DELAYED BUT WILL OPEN ON 16 or 17 OCTOBER 2025 Payment activates the order onto our system. We strongly urge you to make use of the courier option, as we have limited space to keep orders until you collect it. Should we not have stock of a specific item, it automatically becomes a back order which we order on your behalf. Please take note that back orders cannot be cancelled. OCTOBER ORDER: The earlier the order, the better to endeavour that all books are available when school starts in January ANY BACK ORDERS WHICH MAY OCCUR ON ORDERS WITH A COURIER SELECTION, WILL BE COURIERED TO YOU AT NO EXTRA EXPENSE. NOVEMBER ORDER: ANY BACK ORDERS WHICH MAY OCCUR ON ORDERS WITH A COURIER SELECTION, WILL BE COURIERED TO YOU AT NO EXTRA EXPENSE. DECEMBER ORDERS (Orders close on 28 December): Order as early in the month as possible. Orders from mid-December might experience more back orders. Orders placed in the latter half of the month, might only be executed in January. All back orders will have to be collected from us as they become available. JANUARY OVER-THE-COUNTER SALES OPEN 6 JANUARY 2025: We strongly advise against waiting this late to order. You will probably experience more back orders in instances where either we don't have sufficient stock, or a title has gone into reprint at the publisher.
